Suggestion: Areas for nodes

Hey guys,

I would like to suggest something which would make sense in some cases:

It should be able to set an area in which a node may be drawn. Our usecase would be a global network visualization, so for the US site we would like to have American nodes in an area left, europe in the middle and Asian nodes always on the right side.

Maybe there is already some way to do this? I didn't find a convenient way to bring this into my script.
